How To: Offboard an Employee from Monday.com

On this page you'll learn how to offboard an employee from Monday.com.

GENERAL NOTE: You'll need to be an 'Admin' to deactivate an employee's account on Monday.com.

Step 1. Login to Monday.com.

Step 2. Click your profile picture in the bottom left corner. Navigate to 'admin.'

Step 3. Under admin click 'users.'

Step 4. Scroll to the employee you'd like to deactivate.

Step 5. Press the 3 dots to the right of the employee you'd like to deactivate.

Step 6. Press 'deactivate user.'
